Our prices are true to the material price changes. The result is that they may change at any time. We don’t undertake about a validity period of our pricelist.
Shipping times and delivery shown on the acknowledgment of order are purely indicative and subject to change without notice.
All our models are registered. These will be subject to change at any time for a better use.
To avoid contestation, any order will be confirmed by mail or fax.
ALL OUR PRICES ARE Ex Works (EXW).
No order will be taken under 400.00 €.
SHIPPING :
All our shipments from 1 m3 are shrink wrapped on wooden pallets.
For transport, we use outside companies, which deliver goods in truck with semi-trailer.
Any special delivery (small truck, tailgate, special schedules...) must be specified when ordering. Without information from you, if the carrier can not deliver the goods and must resit again (with a smaller truck, for example), the extra costs you will then be rebilled.
All shipments travel at risk recipients who shall make the usual reservations with carriers.
No pick up on site, without prior appointment.
After shipment or pick up, none goods will be returned or exchanged.
EXPORT EXPEDITION :
All our prices are Ex Works (EXW).
We will put forward you transport's cost for acceptation. On request, we can give you sizes and weight of the merchandise for question your carriers and choose the advantageous transport.
French VAT will automatically billed for CEE Expedition, except if you give us your VAT number.
HOLIDAYS : From 01.08. until 25.08, and from 15.12 until 07.01.
SETTLEMENTS : In advance, by SWIFT transfer or certified bank check.
None discount of settlement will be concede for payment in advance.
All delay of payment will involve penalties following the Banque de France rates.
In case of disagreement, the Tribunal de Lons-le-Saunier is qualified.
